We remind the users that there are a few problems in the DR4 International version, and it will be revised in the following DR5 International but not in this version. Here is a detailed description.

(1) The values of z_err < 0 will be set to -9999 in DR5. There are 7,374 spectra and the information is included in the list: http://paperdata.china-vo.org/vac/dr4_international/list1.txt

(2) The values of z=1 which represent the flag of the parameters are set to -9999 in DR5. There are 4,426 spectra and the information is included in the list: http://paperdata.china-vo.org/vac/dr4_international/list2.txt

(3) For stars, the values of z>0.00506 are set to -9999 in DR5. there are 50 spectra and the information is included in the list: http://paperdata.china-vo.org/vac/dr4_international/list3.txt

(4) The data of a list of spectrograph is reprocessed and it will be released in the following data release version. The information is included in the list: http://paperdata.china-vo.org/vac/dr4_international/list4.txt
